Privacy policy

Your privacy
Your privacy is important to Hynes Law Group, LLC (the "Firm"). This policy describes what information this website collects, how the Firm uses it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions about this policy, contact the Firm at info@hyneselderlaw.com or 908 514 8008.
Information you send to the Firm
If you submit the consultation form, the Firm collects the information you provide: your name, your email address and/or phone number, your message, and your stated preferences (how you would like to meet, how you would like to be contacted, and the service you are interested in). The Firm uses this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and arrange your consultation. It is stored in the Firm's secure case-inquiry system, and a notification containing it is delivered to the Firm's own email addresses. The Firm does not add you to marketing lists, does not send you newsletters, and will not sell or give your personally identifying information to other parties for their own advertising purposes.
Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive details in the form. Submitting it does not create an attorney-client relationship. See the Legal Disclaimer.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, the Firm also records basic technical details of the submission: your device's IP address, browser identification string, and the page you came from. These are used solely for security and spam protection, so genuine inquiries can be told apart from automated abuse.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. It sets only an essential session cookie that the site needs to operate securely (for example, to protect the consultation form against forged submissions). This cookie is not used to identify or profile you and expires with your browser session.
Service providers
Like most websites, this site relies on a small number of technical providers to operate: a hosting provider that runs the web server, Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated program (it may process technical signals from your browser for that purpose; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy), and an email delivery service that carries the Firm's inquiry notifications. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to the Firm.
Retention and your choices
The Firm keeps inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain its records. You may ask the Firm at any time what information it holds about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Contact info@hyneselderlaw.com or call 908 514 8008 and the Firm will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
The Firm may update this policy as the website or the law changes. When updates are made, the modification date shown at the top of this page will change.
